The Deputy Regional Governor of Western Greece, Charalambo Bonanno, the Association of Rheumatic Patients of Patras honored him by awarding him a commemorative plaque, for his long-term support to his work.
The performance of the distinction took place in the context of a concert event organized by the Association, on the occasion of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of its establishment. The beautiful musical evening took place on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at the Marina Theater of Patras, with the assistance of musician Giorgos Makridis.
Mr. Bonanos, in his greeting, warmly thanked the Association of Rheumatic Patients and especially its President, Fotini Asimakopouloufor the recognition of his contribution and his efforts in favor of the Association and above all for the great work carried out by the Association itself, standing by the side of the patients, empowering them. He also noted how the people of the Association of Rheumatologists deserve the respect of all of us, as alongside the daily struggle they fight against the symptoms of their disease, they manage to devote enough time to social contribution.
