Honor announced, this Friday (13), the launch of the Watch 4 Pro, its new smart watch with advanced features for athletes. Presented alongside the Magic Vs 2, the smartwatch brings competitive prices to the segment combined with advanced health monitoring and physical activity tracking functions.
The Watch 4 Pro replaces the standard model’s rectangular screen with a 1.5-inch circular display with LTPO AMOLED technology, allowing for long battery life, in addition to a resolution of 464 x 464 pixels. Its stainless steel bezel houses a crown that works with the linear motor to add the vibrating “gear” sensation.
There are three frame color options: gold, silver and black. The straps align with industry standards with a width of 22 millimeters. With a water-resistant design — rated at 5 ATM (50 meters deep) — the smart watch can be used by recreational divers.
And speaking of sports, the smartwatch has several functions optimized for tracking different sports. Its onboard sensors contribute to precise monitoring, such as support for GPS geolocation. The model supports contactless payments with NFC.
Furthermore, the Honor Watch 4 Pro stands out for using a high-sensitivity sensor with eight channels and a high-transparency module for the heart rate sensor. The wearable also has an ambient light sensor, air pressure sensor, sleep monitoring and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) tracking.
Talking regarding its connectivity, the device supports eSIM to connect to an LTE network. This allows users to make voice calls without needing their cell phone.

To connect to an Android or iOS device, you must ensure that the device is running Android 9, iOS 11 or later versions. Pairing is done from the HONOR Health app.
The smartwatch has a battery that guarantees up to 10 days of autonomy using the intelligent consumption mode, which includes the use of the LTE network for 2 hours per day. In its economy mode, battery life can reach 14 days. Making calls independent of the cell phone using the eSIM, the autonomy is 3 days, according to Honor.
Price and availability
The Honor Watch 4 Pro is open for pre-registration in China, and for now, there is no forecast for the global launch of the smartwatch in other countries.
