The 2022 Hong Kong Film Critics Society Awards has just announced the list of winners. Zhang Jicong won the best actor, and the Emperor’s movie “Detective War” directed, produced and written by Wei Jiahui, starring Liu Qingyun, Cai Zhuoyan, Lin Feng, etc. swept 3 major awards, including the best Director, Best Screenplay and One of Recommended Movies. Wei Jiahui expressed his sincere gratitude for the award: “Thank you to the Film Critics Society! Thank you Emperor Films! Thank you to the brothers and excellent actors of “Detective Wars”! I will continue to make good movies with a humble heart! Thank God!” Mai Tianshu and Chen Weibin expressed their happiness for the award. Mai Tianshu said frankly that he was flattered: “I will definitely continue to work hard to write more scripts! In the future, I won’t have to talk regarding it! I won’t have to date!
