Hong Kong adds 851 confirmed cases in Racks City and FLM bars, totaling 31 cases

The Department of Health announced today (11th) that there were 851 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Hong Kong, of which 74 were imported cases. There were no new deaths in Hong Kong today.

Po Leung Kuk Lim Man Chan English Primary School has one more student from Class 4B diagnosed today. A total of 14 teachers and students in the school have tested positive. One of the teachers who taught Class 6A used to teach the math group, and 13 students in this group need to be isolated at home.

The department announced that there were two more clusters of infection today, including the “Racks City” bar on Wyndham Street in Central, with a total of 18 cases, aged between 21 and 35, involving nine men and nine women. The earliest confirmed cases were 6. Onset on the 6th.

Another infection cluster is the “FLM” bar located at No. 62 Suhang Street, Sheung Wan. A total of 13 people have been diagnosed, 12 males and 1 female, aged between 22 and 42. One case broke out between May 27 and earlier. The “LINQ” bar that was plagued by the epidemic, and then went to the “FLM” bar on the evening of June 4th.

Five more people were diagnosed today at Shuffle Bar in Central, bringing the total number of infections in the cluster to 118.
