Brewer’s yeast and milk mask

  • 1 tablespoon powdered brewer’s yeast (15 g)
  • 5 tablespoons of liquid milk (75 ml)
  • Moisten the yeast with liquid milk until you get a thick paste.
  • Spread the product all over the face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse with plenty of lukewarm water, performing gentle circular massages.
  • Use it 2 or 3 times a week.

Chocolate and almond oil mask

  • 1 small chocolate bar
  • 1 teaspoon of almond oil (5 g)
  • Melt a chocolate bar in the microwave and mix it with the almond oil.
  • Check that the temperature is suitable for the skin and rub it all over the desired areas.
  • Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse.
  • Use it at least once a week.
