What an unforgettable performance by Charlene of Monaco and husband Albert. At the Red Cross Ball, the princess attracted everyone’s attention in a bride’s ensemble.

Monaco – All eyes turned to the passenger door of the dark limousine following Albert II, 65, emerged from the font in a smart white blazer, navy blue pants and red bow tie. Is she coming or not coming to the traditional Red Cross Ball in the Salle des Etoiles of the Sporting Club in Monte-Carlo? And she appeared: Charlène von Monacos (45), dressed all in white, shone like a shining light and stood by her husband’s side to greet the moderators of the evening and the youth president in the form of Princess Stéphanie von Monacos (58), youngest daughter, Camille Gottlieb ( 25) to welcome.

The tried-and-tested trio immediately spread glitz and glamor: when Charlène walked towards the hall with a bouquet handed to her, one felt immediately reminded of the way to old age by looking at her proudly. The princess shone in a white, floor-length, high-necked dress with long, transparent sleeves and a cut-out back, covered with rhinestones. Fancy earrings by Van Cleef & Arpels dangled from her ears, a small white clutch rounded off the bridal ensemble.

With Albert’s niece, influencer Camille Gottlieb in a purple sequined tulle dress by the Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, the Gramaldi clan appears as a harmonious trio. The princely appearance with Charlène’s brother Gareth Wittstock (43) and his wife Roisin in tow received a family touch. After the ceremonial opening, everyone threw themselves into life at the traditional Monegasque event, which in recent years has increasingly developed into a brilliant fundraising gala.

The Monaco Red Cross was founded in 1948. In the same year, the first ball was held, which grew into one of the largest charity events in the world. 800 guests celebrated, chatted and laughed, the British pop star Robbie Williams (49) created a good atmosphere – and the grand finale was a huge fireworks display.
