Jakarta-based rock band Holy City Rollers has launched a single titled Filthy Rich, which is part of a series of releases leading up to their latest album.
“We believe that this single is a relevant bridge in terms of arrangement and lyrics that tell regarding current social conditions,” wrote Holy City Rollers in an official statement, Friday (28/6).
This single has a touch of classic rock n roll arrangement with a blend of riffs that are easy to stick in the head and lyrics that are easy for listeners to follow.
The lyrics in the song Filthy Rich tell regarding the condition of people who are trapped in gambling addiction.

Holy City Rollers believes that currently, online and offline gambling is still in a disturbing condition and does not recognize age or social class.
Formed in Jakarta in 2004, Holy City Rollers is inspired by rock music from the 60s to 2000s, thus carrying the rock n roll genre with a touch of 60s pop.
Their debut album was released in 2010 with the title First Chapter of Allordia, containing songs that became the milestones of Holy City Rollers’ existence in the music industry at that time, such as Hook Up, Kingdom of Allordia, When the Bird Stops to Sing, and Another Song for Her.
Now, Holy City Rollers is back with a new formation and energy.
