During filming, Baldwin, 64, fired from a firearm that was supposed to have been filled with bullets, but the weapon was filled with real bullets, injuring the director of photography in the film, Haliana Hutchins, and director Joel Souza, and they were taken to a nearby hospital, and soon doctors announced the death of Hutchins.
