Game news Hogwarts Legacy: The Harry Potter game unveils a new extract before its State of Play
Only a few hours ago, PlayStation announced on its Twitter account that an event entirely dedicated to Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy will take place this Thursday, but the wait remains long. To keep us waiting until then, Warner Bros. Games unveils a new extract today.
A little magic before D-Day
Since its announcement in 2020 at an event dedicated to future PlayStation 5 games, Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy keeps talking about him. Rightly so since the title which takes place in the 19th century, even before the birth of Harry Potter, seems to make all our dreams come true as players by offering fans the opportunity to embody a Hogwarts student to take different magic lessons, mingle with other students and experience many new adventures. But for the moment, despite this announcement which has caused a lot of talk, the title has been resolutely discreet.
But today, only a few hours away from the State of Play which will take place this Thursday, the production of Avalanche Studio unveils, for a few seconds, an unpublished extract.
As you can see, we can see a young student from Gryffindor school getting up from his bed, which allows us to discover the student room which is very reminiscent of those described in the books and those seen in the many feature films .
A release date soon?
As a reminder, this brand new State of Play will take place this Thursday, March 17, from 10 p.m. French time on the channel YouTube of the PlayStation brand. During this event, the title developed by members of Avalanche Studio will be entitled to 20 minutes of presentation, 14 of which will be gameplay sequences directly captured on PlayStation 5.
On our side, we hope that this presentation will take the opportunity to reveal the release date of the game which is normally still expected for this year on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
