**Hoda Kotb:** Thank you! The holidays are always a special time for me. I love making the season magical for my girls.We all cherish our time together, and it felt important to acknowledge the fact that Joel is a wonderful father to them, even though our romantic partnership has evolved.



**Archyde:** Speaking of wich, it’s been a few years as you and Joel decided to prioritize co-parenting. Could you share a bit about how you navigate that journey?



**Hoda Kotb:** It’s certainly a balancing act,but Joel and I both prioritize what’s best for Haley and Hope. Open interaction and putting their needs first have been key. We’re committed to creating a loving and stable habitat for them.



**Archyde:** You’ve spoken openly about keeping a positive approach throughout this transition. What advice would you give to other families navigating similar situations?



**Hoda Kotb:** Remember that love for your children is the foundation. Be kind to yourself and each other. It’s okay to grieve the loss of a romantic relationship, but focus on the strength you find in family.

What are some things you’re most grateful for right now?
