Among the long-term projects, Vinh Loc Residential Project, located in Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District currently has many problems and backlogs. The Vinh Loc residential area project was approved by the Prime Minister in 1999. After more than 20 years, following 4 terms of the National Assembly, the project might not be completed. Up to now, 95% of compensation has been made with Vinh Loc residential area project, and 300 households have not yet been settled. The difficulty of this project is that the land acquisition campaign faces many difficulties.
Previously, Binh Tan District People’s Committee and District 5 Public Service One Member Limited Liability Company sent the City People’s Committee a plan to coordinate and support the Investor to accelerate the implementation of this project. Among them, the issuance of land use right certificates to households is one of the contents that need to be accelerated.
