On the followingnoon of January 22 (the 1st day of the Lunar New Year), the Traffic Police Department of Roads and Railways of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department (PC08) said that through professional work in monitoring groups and forums on social networks, the Anti-Racing Team Illegal vehicles discovered that there was a group meeting to “go storm” at dawn on the first day of the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit.
