HMD launches Nokia G60 5G and Nokia 2660 Flip 4G in Taiwan

Nokia G60 5G

HMD today released two new mobile phones for the Taiwan market, the Nokia G60 5G, which focuses on recycled materials, and the Nokia 2660 Flip 4G, which focuses on the “elderly phone” market. Among them, the G60 5G is a fairly standard phone, using a 6.58-inch FHD+ (20:9) 120Hz panel, with a Snapdragon 695 5G processor, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. The triple-lens combination behind it is 50MP wide-angle, 5MP ultra-wide-angle, and 2MP macro, while the front lens is 8MP. The G60 5G has a 4,500mAh battery and is IP52 waterproof and dustproof.

Beyond the specifications, the G60 5G features a 100% recycled plastic manufacturing process for the back cover, while the middle frame is 60% recycled plastic. At the same time, the new machine is also fully equipped with two-year free non-artificial damage warranty maintenance, more than two years of operating system upgrades and three consecutive years of security updates to extend the life of the equipment. The G60 5G is available in two colors, Yaoshi Black and Ice Crystal Gray, and will be available in Taiwan on September 8, priced at NT$10,990. HMD has launched a special offer of NT$8,990 for a limited time, but it seems that there is no limit to when. If you are interested, don’t miss the opportunity.

Another product released today is the Nokia 2660 Flip 4G, which targets the elderly. Relying on the uncommon clamshell design, Flip 4G has enlarged buttons and especially increased volume, with a relatively simple interface design and emergency buttons for calling emergency contacts, so that the elderly can also use it with peace of mind. Its inner screen has a 2.8-inch QVGA resolution, while the outer screen is a 1.77-inch QQVGA screen. The only lens is on the outside, only VGA resolution, and the processing used is Unisoc’s T107, with S30+ operating system, 128GB of memory and 48GB of storage (expandable by MicroSD up to 32GB). It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, supports Bluetooth 4.2, and has 6 hours of continuous talk time.
