Beirut – Ma’an – Hezbollah offered the Islamic Jihad its deepest condolences and sympathy for the martyrdom of Commander Tayseer al-Jabari and a number of field commanders as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
In a statement on Friday, Hezbollah praised “the solidarity of all Palestinian resistance factions,” and stressed “the unity of the position, which is the main factor in victory over the enemy.”
He affirmed his “permanent and firm support for the oppressed Palestinian people and their courageous resistance to liberate their land and their prisoners and achieve their legitimate goals,” and expressly expressed support for “all the steps taken by the leadership of the Islamic Jihad Movement to respond to the aggression and its perpetual crimes.”
Hezbollah considered that “the Palestinian people, who made the most precious sacrifices, will not be weakened by this heinous and treacherous Israeli crime, but will only increase their determination to continue the path until victory and liberation are achieved.”
