Hit guardrail: Driver (59) injured in Schlüßlberg

The woman was driving along the B 137 from Wels towards Grieskirchen. In Schlüßlberg, for reasons that are still unclear, she veered off the right side of the road and crashed into a guardrail that begins there.

The vehicle was then thrown into the air, landed on its roof, slid across the road, hit a concrete guardrail and came to a stop on its roof at the left side of the road.

Passers-by helped the driver out of the vehicle and called the emergency services. The 59-year-old was taken to Wels Hospital with injuries.
