After receiving a report of a drunken man, the police found out that he was the victim of a traffic accident only when he went to the scene and called an ambulance.
The first aid to the victim was delayed because the driver reported the accident while hiding it.
The victim of the accident was a disabled man in his 30s.
He was also the father of a wife and elementary school children.
The victim died on the morning of the 26th, three days following the accident, following remaining unconscious.
The suspect, Mr. Lee, who attended the warrant review the day before the victim’s death, did not answer reporters’ questions and was arrested as a result of the review.
