Media personality Lamis Al-Hadidi revealed the most important deal that will be expected today, Wednesday, which is the final agreement between the Hisham Talaat Moustafa Group and its foreign partners to agree with the government to buy a share in a number of historical hotels according to this agreement, confirming that the Talaat Moustafa Group will buy a share of up to 51 in a collection of historic hotels.

Al-Hadidi added during her presentation of the Last Word program broadcast on ON channel, on Tuesday evening: It is expected that the Talaat Mostafa Group’s share in the hotels will reach 51%, compared to 37% at the beginning of negotiating the deal from Ego Tech, which owns a number of hotels, which includes Marriott Zamalek. Mena House Al Haram, Cecil Alexandria, Movenpick, and Cataract Aswan, with a total of seven historic hotels.

Al-Hadidi continued: The value of the pumping may rise to one billion dollars instead of 700 million dollars, explaining that these dollar revenues that are being agreed upon will be external transfers and not from the local market.

Al-Hadidi stressed the importance of this deal, as it generates a huge dollar return, in addition to saving historic hotels that have collapsed.
