A drama, that’s what happened this Monday around 1 a.m. on the boulevard de la Sauvenière. At number 149, just opposite Temple Bar, Franck, a 55-year-old veterinarian living in Seraing, was carrying out a maneuver with his vehicle to get out of his parking space.
