Since June 8, 2023, candidates can take the highway code exam at La Poste in Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe. Since that date, it has offered 4 sessions per week, i.e. 24 places available, in order to pass the highway code exam. These sessions take place on Fridays at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. With the opening of this examination center, it is now possible to take the highway code examination at 13 postal sites Tarn: Albi (2), Carmaux, Castres (2), Gaillac (2), Graulhet, Lavaur, Mazamet, Saint-Benoît-de-Carmaux, Saint-Juéry, and Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe. La Poste, which obtained state approval on 23 May 2016, makes its premises available to allow candidates who so wish to take the highway code exam near their home, in the best conditions. The tests will be organized in collective (up to 10 candidates) or individual sites and this, at the price defined by the State of 30 €. For the proper functioning of this service, volunteer La Poste agents have been trained, in order to guarantee an optimal reception of each candidate, during their examination of the highway code. As part of the driving license reform enshrined in the law of August 6, 2015, La Poste is continuing its innovation strategy to make life easier for everyone, by preparing to pass the Highway Code to tens of thousands candidates all over France. Thanks to its territorial network, La Poste has all the resources to organize sessions as close as possible to candidates. The postal workers, sworn in and trained in the exercise, will guarantee compliance with the principles of neutrality and equality of this new mission.
