For today, Sunday, the General Directorate of Meteorology expects weak rain or scattered raindrops to fall on the western Mediterranean coast, in addition to the passage of clouds from the upper atmosphere over most parts of the country.
Low clouds accompanied by foggy masses will also be observed during the morning and night, in both the north of the eastern region and the plains of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as in the west of the southern regions, while the weather will remain relatively cold with the formation of local frost during the morning and night in the highlands of the Great and Middle Atlantic.
It is also expected that dust will fly locally in the south of the eastern region, with moderate to somewhat strong wind gusts recorded in the Tangier region, the Mediterranean coast, the High Atlas highlands and the south of the eastern region.
Minimum temperatures will range between 00 and 07 degrees in the Great and Mediterranean Atlantic highlands, and between 15 and 21 degrees in the southern regions, the Tangier region and the vicinity of the coast, and will be between 07 and 14 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for temperatures during the day, they will be rising.
The sea will be rampant to the strong rampage in the Mediterranean front, and to a little rampage between Tangier and Larache, and a little rampage to the rest of the other coasts.

**Interview with Meteorologist Dr. Leila Ait El Cadi on Today’s Weather Forecast**
**Interviewer:** Good morning, Dr. Ait El Cadi. Today’s weather forecast for Agadir and surrounding regions predicts weak rain and scattered droplets along with some fog and relatively cold temperatures. What do you make of these conditions, and how do they differ from typical November weather patterns in this area?
**Dr. Leila Ait El Cadi:** Good morning! Yes, today’s forecast does show some unusual elements for November. Typically, this time of year brings cooler temperatures, but the weak rain and fog signify a shift in the usual climatic behavior. While such weather is not unprecedented, it does raise questions about changing climatic patterns that may be impacting our seasonal forecasts.
**Interviewer:** That leads us to an important discussion point. With the increase in erratic weather behavior globally, do you believe these conditions in Agadir are indicative of broader climate change effects?
**Dr. Leila Ait El Cadi:** Absolutely. Events like the localized dust in the eastern regions and moderate winds in the Tangier area highlight the fluctuations we’re witnessing. People should consider the broader implications of climate change, especially if we see these disruptions becoming more common.
**Interviewer:** Interesting perspective. Now, as temperatures are set to rise during the day but remain low at night, how should residents plan their activities today?
**Dr. Leila Ait El Cadi:** Residents should prepare for both cooler mornings and warmer afternoons. It’s advisable to dress in layers, perhaps a warm jacket for the morning fog that might linger, and lighter clothes for the midday when temperatures rise.
**Interviewer:** Thank you for those insights. Lastly, with the sea conditions projected to be strong along the Mediterranean coast, should people avoid going to the beach today?
**Dr. Leila Ait El Cadi:** Yes, I would recommend caution. Strong sea conditions can be dangerous, especially for small boats or inexperienced swimmers. It’s best to monitor local advisories and stay safe.
**Interviewer:** Thank you, Dr. Ait El Cadi, for your valuable insights on today’s forecast. Readers, do you believe the recent weather shifts are a sign of climate change? Are you adapting your activities based on these forecasts? Share your thoughts and let’s create a lively discussion!
