– WWE NXT Gold Rush Night One kicks off with a video from earlier today where we see Seth Rollins walk into the room. We also see Bron Breaker coming.
North American Championship
Tyler Bate vs Wes Lee ©

Late in the game, Bate gets on the corner, but Lee gets up and kicks him. Lee wants to do a Superplex, but Bate blocks him. The two trade blows, both fall to the ground. Ali decides to slap the two to wake them up. Bate remains stunned, Lee gives him a Cardiac Kick for the count of three.
Winner: Wes Lee
– We present a video on Gigi Dolin who looks back on the rejection of her family and friends. This is what separates her from others and she has the skill to create anything that comes to her mind.
– Backstage, McKenzie is with Kiana James. James says she doesn’t talk regarding her feelings. She is driven by results. She loves her ambition and it’s fine if Gigi Dolin wants to swim in the pool of mediocrity.
– We present a video of Finn Balor’s attack on Seth Rollins yesterday on RAW. Commentators confirm once once more that Rollins will defend his title even if he is not 100%.
– Duke Hudson is in the ring for the motivation session, with photos of Thea Hail and a trophy. Hudson says it’s an honor to welcome us to this motivational session for Thea Hail. We saw Thea suffer in defeat, but also in victories. Thea will become NXT’s youngest champion with this upcoming victory. Hudson introduces us to future champion, Thea Hail, who arrives in the ring with all the Chase U students (and Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey). Hail says next week will be the biggest game of his life. Her greatest accomplishment is graduating from high school. She never wanted to further her education as she always wanted to train to be a WWE Superstars. She doesn’t need a diploma, next week she will be champion.
Gulak asks if it’s serious that she just graduated from high school. Thea says she was accepted for who she was in the Chase U until winning the Battle Royale. So she wants to thank Andre Chase who is at home and mvp Duke Hudson. She also has Dempsey and Gulak to thank. Dempsey doesn’t smile much, but she knows he’ll be happy to see her win with her submissions. Tiffany Stratton arrives on the scene.
Stratton says it’s very awful. Thea Hail wasn’t anyone’s choice for the Battle Royale, but she got lucky. But if Thea thinks she has a chance of winning next week, Thea is the dumbest person in this building. According to his calculations, Thea has a zero percent chance of winning. Stratton enters the ring. Hudson says next week Thea is going to take the title from her at 19 and she’s going to give it her all in the ring. He understands that Stratton doesn’t believe in Thea Hail, but all of Chase U believes in Thea Hail and all of the NXT Universe believes in Thea Hail.
Stratton says next week Thea isn’t going to beat her or beat her up. Thea grabs Stratton and applies a Kimura Lock to him! Stratton taps out and leaves the ring. Thea celebrates with the NXT title.
– We present a video of the Schism from last week. Joe Gacy asks if it’s his fault for the latest events. Jagger Reid says Gacy’s feelings do affect the band. Gacy says Reid is right, he will reassess his decisions. Ava calms everyone down. Ava says their tree is not going to fall for one failure, four roots, one tree.
– Behind the scenes, the Creed Brothers talk regarding the Schism. Brutus says that their leaves will soon fall. Ivy Nile says they won because Ava hit him. Julius says the Schism is a cancer for NXT, they are going to get them out of NXT.
3-Way Per Team for Aspirants
Josh Briggs et Brooks Jensen acc de Fallon Henley vs Hank Walker et Tank Ledger vs Edris Enofe et Malik Blade
At the end of the match, Jensen does a Neck Breaker to Tank. Jensen follows up with a Slam to Blade on Tank. Briggs takes the tag and they do their Clothesline and Spinebuster combination on Tank to cover it, but Enofe breaks the count with an Elbow Drop on Briggs. Blade follows up with a Circumflex Frog Splash on Tank for the three count.
Winners: Edris Enofe and Malik Blade
– Behind the scenes, Gallus was watching the match. Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza arrive. Angel says Gallus is lucky not to have them in the game. Humberto says otherwise they would lose the match. Gallus says they are not afraid and the group goes to celebrate at the bar.
– Backstage, Eddy Thorpe makes his music and Damon Kemp arrives. Kemp says Thorpe used everything he might to win, but in two weeks he wants to bring RAW Underground back to NXT. No cables, no DQ, only possible to win by Knockout or Submission. Thorpe agrees.
– Behind the scenes, we see Roxanne Perez who attacks Blair Davenport and the officials push back Perez.
