– WWE Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with a video of what happened last week in the Bloodline.

Paul Heyman says it’s not Solo Sikoa’s fault, it’s not his fault, it’s not Roman Reigns’ fault and it’s not Jey’s fault, it’s Jimmy’s fault! Did the latter warn him of his Superkick? Paul Heyman says they boo because they don’t know the truth. Heyman has set up a game that will set him up to become the next Tribal Chief, the Usos no longer exist. He’ll take home the gold by beating Austin Theory for the United States title. His path to becoming Heavyweight Champion begins tonight. But he needs an answer now.
Jey Uso agrees. Paul Heyman holds out his hand and Jey Uso replies that they’ll see regarding that later.
– Commentators confirm that Jey Uso will face Austin Theory for the US title tonight.

Now Reigns is doing this to him. He hopes Jey wins tonight, so the Bloodline will see that they need Jey more than Jey needs the Bloodline. Let Jey not forget the consequences of a choice. There will be no more Jimmy and Jey, no more Usos…
– NXT Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn come in and come to do a promo but…
Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey cut them off and come to the ring. Baszler asks them if they want to proclaim themselves tag team champions. Ronda Rousey says the division isn’t big enough for them, they want their titles! Isla Dawn offers a match to unify all four belts.
A fight breaks out between the two teams.
– A video regarding the career of the recently deceased Iron Sheik is played.
– AJ Styles is at the commentary table for the next game.

At the end of the match, Bayley made her Rose Plant on Michin then pinned to win.

– After the match, Scarlett approaches AJ Styles and shoots something in his eyes, before Karrion Kross attacks the wrestler from the crowd.
– Backstage, Bianca Belair is with Adam Pearce and looking to have a title match once morest Asuka. Pearce states that he has to give the new belt to Asuka, he asks her not to come and attack him. If she wants her rematch, it better not come.
– Behind the scenes, AJ Styles and with The OC and he is not well, he says he wants Karrion Kross! Michin replies that they are going to have Karrion Kross and Scarlett.
