Mahloud was already sentenced for similar facts to a 2-year suspended prison sentence in 2016 and Athmane is also known for his violence. A sentence of 2 years in prison is required against the second city.
For Mahloud, 30 months in prison are requested. The two defense lawyers, in difficulty because of the criminal record of the defendants, do not have “36 solutions” and plead an independent probation sentence and the shortest possible prison sentence. Judgment Tuesday.
