Islamabad: It has been decided to keep the hospitals on high alert following the arrival of the New Zealand team in the capital.
The district administration has issued instructions to PIMS Hospital and Polyclinic while PIMS and Polyclinics will also provide two ambulances for the visiting team.
The post said that two ambulances of the polyclinic, a team of two doctors will accompany the convoy and two ambulances of Pims will be ready at Serena Hotel with two doctors.
The administration directed that 10 rooms, two VIP rooms and three teams of doctors should also be kept ready in PIMs and polyclinics.
It should be noted that the five-match T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand is ongoing, with the national team leading by 1-2.
The first three matches of the series have been played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and the remaining two matches will be played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on April 20 and April 24.
Apart from this, there will also be a one-day international series of five matches between the two teams from April 27, the first two matches of which will also be played in Rawalpindi.
