Fête le Mur is a major socio-sporting association, which has been operating for 29 years in priority areas of the city and working for equal opportunities.
The association relies on sport, and more particularly tennis, to offer its beneficiaries a complete support program of education and inclusion.
This support is available in different programs built around 3 main themes: education and development through sport, educational and cultural discovery – understanding of the world, and orientation and professional integration.
Fête le Mur is a leader in its field with coverage in 76 cities, in mainland France and overseas, and supports more than 17,000 beneficiaries per year.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the General Director, and in compliance with the guidelines defined by the Board of Directors, the Director of Fundraising ensures the definition, management and implementation of the development strategy of the fundraising and donor relations.
The association has a communications department that can meet partner communications needs.
As Fundraising Director, the main missions will be to define and implement specific communication and fundraising strategies, to finance the association’s projects, to design annual budgets and fundraising plans. development to be carried out for the Fundraising department (target communication operations, partnership with companies, fundraising operations), in accordance with the axes of the Fête le Mur strategic plan.
Independently, he (she) ensures an integrated approach to the association’s activities.
When taking office, the Director alone ensures operational implementation. A dedicated team will be formed according to the development of the association’s resources.
Location: headquarters of the association – 89 rue Escudier 92100 Boulogne Billancourt – travel within the national territory, DROM included
Partial supervised teleworking: 1 day per week
Start: January 2025
Type of contract: CDI – Full time
Remuneration: €40,000 gross annually to which are added potentially substantial bonuses based on objectives
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Function 1: BUSINESS AND INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
● Refine the Corporate Partnerships strategy
● Consolidate existing business partnerships
● Consolidate existing institutional partnerships
● Prospect to formalize new partnerships (companies and institutions)
● Look for new forms of partnership, compensation, etc.
● Participate in carrying out assessments and monitoring agreements
● Represent Fête le Mur to partners, in conjunction with his team and General Management
● Support the team in setting up partnerships
Function 2: FUNDRAISING
● Design the fundraising and donor relations strategy
● Design crowdfunding campaigns
● Lead the team in the operational implementation of fundraising activities: grant management, donations, donor relations, direct marketing, digital marketing, fundraising operations, major donors, legacies, etc.
● Establish conventions and contribute to reports
● Develop direct marketing plans for donor recruitment and loyalty, conduct operations and analyze the results
● Design a strategy to develop the collection of legacies and guarantee the good administrative management of legacies
● Design and implement the member loyalty and prospecting strategy
● Ensure excellence in the treatment of donors and donations; ensure general monitoring of the donor database; ensure the quality, security and confidentiality of data; guarantee compliance with the laws in force in this matter; ensure the excellence and integrity of tax receipts
● Develop the budget for the activities managed and ensure monitoring, in conjunction with Management
FUNCTION 3: SUPPORT FOR IMPLEMENTATIONS
● Support the establishments of the Fête le Mur network in the development of their network in terms of fundraising
● Provide advice, methods and tools
Function 4: MANAGE AND DEVELOP YOUR TEAM
● Propose an organization of the team with regard to the challenges and objectives of Fête le Mur
● Participate in the recruitment of team members
● Define the missions and objectives of the team members
● Carry out their annual assessment
● Develop skills and know how to be members of your team
● Monitor expense reports, leave, etc.
These activities can evolve according to the strategic orientations currently under construction.

Qualification :
Training and experiences:
BAC +5 training in marketing, communication, ideally supplemented with additional training in the field of fundraising
5 years minimum of experience in sponsorship, fundraising, preferably in the associative, humanitarian and solidarity sector
Skills and qualities required:
Knowledge of marketing and communication techniques applied to fundraising in an associative context and mastery of the most recent digital tools to develop online fundraising. Mastery of activist engagement strategies, and knowledge of the legal and fiscal framework of this activity.
Strong appetite and operational skills in design-writing specialized in fundraising.
Strategic skills and comfort in external representation.
Solid experience in fundraising (direct marketing, corporate sponsorship, philanthropy) and private partnerships;
Exercise of functions in communication (public relations, social networks, advertising, etc.)
Good understanding of the associative world
Leadership and team management
Sensitivity to the cause defended by Fête le Mur
Adaptability, availability and flexibility
