After a year-long hiatus, the Kardashian family has made a comeback on the Disney+ platform. This new show, this time called “The Kardashian”, offers to discover the love stories, scandals and sequences of fun of one of the most famous families in the United States. Watched by millions of viewers, fans eagerly awaited the return of the iconic show. A comeback that the Kardashians also had to look forward to when you know how much they received for the filming of the show.
“Money still matters. I think anyone would be stupid to say that money doesn’t matter anymore”, revealed Kris Jenner. According to the media Variety, the Kardashian family would have been paid at least 100 million dollars (the equivalent of 92 million euros) for ten episodes. An astronomical sum which would result from the arduous negotiations of the oldest member of the family.
“We are all equal. It certainly played a role because we devote so much of our personal lives to entertainment. (…) But not all money is good. It has to be a good fit, and Hulu was just the perfect fit for us. It can’t just be for financial gain. It doesn’t work for us”revealed Khloé Kardashian in the press.
