The weather in Italy is ready to change. And it will be the fault of a cyclonic cage, which will affect all regions of our country. Meteorologist Stefano Rossi explains the reasons for this situation: “Things will change due to a retreat, towards the west, of high pressure, which will favor the arrival of cold winds connected to a vast cyclonic vortex which takes its origin from the northern lands of the Old Continent”. On the website ilmeteo.it it is reported that strong storms will arrive in the North-East already on the evening of Tuesday 16 April, while the South will be touched by a vortex – which will cause rain here too – which has formed in North Africa.

There will also be a sudden drop in temperatures and the arrival of cold winds, with the bad weather that will hit Italy from Thursday 18 April which will also be responsible for snowfall down to fairly low altitudes, even on the Apennines. When will this situation end? Good weather is not around the corner: “From Friday 19 April – explains Rossi – the cyclonic vortex will travel slowly towards Greece. However, the weekend will also be marked by marked instability and in a decidedly cool climate, at times even cold at night, with temperatures not much above zero”.
