Changes on the network
First of all, the TEC makes changes to its network by creating or adapting certain lines in order to improve the service provided to its passengers. Discover the main changes implemented from the start of the school year on the entire TEC network on letec.be.
New school rhythm
In addition, the TEC also adapts its schedules to the new school rhythm. Indeed, this August 29, it’s back to school for pupils in nursery, primary and secondary schools in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. They will now alternate between seven weeks of classes and two weeks of vacation and the TEC wants to reassure them: they will be able to continue to reach their school by bus!
On August 29, the majority of TEC lines therefore circulate according to the school period, with some specificities on the side of the Liège-Verviers region.

Express network
The TEC, on the initiative of the Minister of Mobility Philippe Henry, is also completing its structuring Express network with 2 new Express lines: the E23 Eupen – Büllingen – St-Vith – Burg-Reuland and the E83 Gembloux – Charleroi.
From September, a total of 28 Express lines will enable Walloon citizens to quickly and safely connect one Walloon city to another, while giving meaning to their journey.
