The company Ookla, which analyzes the performance of Internet access in the world, provides a ranking of the countries which have the fastest Internet connection. France is not in the top 10.

But some countries are performing better than others. Here is the ranking of the 10 countries that have the best access to the Internet. This classification only concerns landlines, the mobile classification being slightly different.
For even the uninitiated to understand this ranking, there are a few terms to understand first.
Mbps correspond to megabits per second. A megabit is a unit of data size measurement.
Latency time is the measurement of the waiting time between incoming information and its response. That is to say the time that your computer, phone or tablet will take to process the information you need or that you give it.
Singapore
