Oze, the brand of electric scooters from Intersportis preparing to launch some new products from 2024. These include the E-Speed Pro, the E-Speed and the Moove, whose prices vary between 500 and 750 euros.
Intersport is known for its Nakamura electric bike brand and is, however, more discreet when it comes to electric scooters. However, as of 2021, the company has its trademark called Oze. Although the latter has not really succeeded in positioning itself on the market, it is determined to take up the torch with its three new models.
Intersport 2024: new features in sight
First of all, the 3 new models of Oze have been developed in collaboration with Micro Mobility. In other words, the range was not designed by the company’s teams, but was assembled in a factory in Asia.
If Interport currently tends to offer leisure electric scooters at €250, it seems that the brand is changing the situation for its new products for 2024. Their prices range from 499 to 749 euros.
In terms of characteristics, these three models share a certain number of points in common. First of all, there is the same folding system. All you have to do is unlock the steering column using a classic lever, so that the hook on the handlebar attaches to another hook on the mudguard. The reflectors and lighting are also similar. In addition to their commonalities, the Oze trio stand out from each other by their configuration.
Oze E-Speed Pro
At the top of the range, the E-Speed costs 749,99 €. Although it incorporates the same battery as the E-Speed, its engine is at the rear. The latter has a 500 watt power intended for climbing slopes. As for the speedometer, it is also more efficient.
On the cycle side, this scooter also benefits from a front suspension. Such a configuration results in an increase in total weight to almost 19 kilos.
E-Speed
Among the new products that Intersport plans to launch in 2024, the E-Speed electric scooter is the intermediate model, sold at a price of 599 euros. It combines a powerful 350 watt motor and a larger capacity battery. With 374 Wh, it provides up to 35 km of distance in a single charge. In addition, its handlebars incorporate a user-friendly dashboard.
Oze E-Moove
The Oze E-Moove is the most affordable model in the range. Accessible to 499 euros, it benefits from a 300 watt motor installed on its front wheel. Its batterya capacity of 280 Wh covers a distance of 25 kilometers.
Weighing 16 kilos, this scooter is far from light. Unlike its counterparts, the e-Moove does not have a dashboard on the handlebars.
Note that one of these new products, Moove, will appear in Intersport’s electric scooter catalog from March 2024. As for the E-Speed and E-Speed Pro, they will arrive in January 2024.
