Help Locate Wanted Murder Suspect: Normand Ladouceur | SQ Crimes Against Persons Investigation Service

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) Crimes Against Persons Investigation Service is asking for the public’s help in locating a 66-year-old man wanted for the murder of a septuagenarian.

Normand Ladouceur is wanted for the murder of Thérèse Desbiens. The latter had been found lifeless on July 1, in an apartment on rue Bourcier, in Mercier, in Montérégie.

Normand Ladouceur is 1.80 meters (5 ft. 11 in.) tall and weighs 120 kg (264 lb). He is bald and he has even eyes. The sexagenarian has a scar on his head, according to the SQ. He would travel with a Ford Focus 2014 vehicle, registered Z26 WMC, four doors, red.

Anyone who sees Normand Ladouceur is asked not to intervene and contact 911 immediately. In addition, any information that might help find this individual can be communicated, confidentially, to the Criminal Information Center of the Sûreté du Québec at 1 800 659-4264.
