Yes, it’s hard not to love this partnership, signed between PolyPhony Digital, the studio behind the Gran Turismo series and in particular, the latest GT7 on Playstation 5 and PS5 consoles; and the cult brand, DIOR! The result is several quite sublime creations, integrated into a pack, which will be available for download very soon in the racing game, with – of course – a few credits. So, yes, “Dior, I love it”!
GT7 and Dior hand in hand
Associated with actress Charlize Théron for several years, on the occasion of various TV campaigns, the Dior brand has just reached an agreement with one of the most popular car racing video games in the world. Also, the developers of Polyphony Digital have given us a very exclusive vehicle, with a special livery, as well as a Dior set designed by Kim Jones, who is none other than the artistic director of the men’s collections of the brand in question.
Concretely, this will materialize (or rather, digitize…) with the arrival, from next August 25, of a customized vintage car, namely, the splendid De Tomaso Mangusta. In addition, a yellow and gray jumpsuit with the redesigned Diorizon shoes, oblique Dior patterns, the CD Diamond initials and the “Christian Dior Atelier Avenue Montaigne” patch will be on the agenda. Finally, the number “47” will appear on the silhouette of the driver and the car as a tribute to the year 1947, the date of Christian Dior’s first iconic fashion show.
