Switzerland records more heat-related deaths than road traffic deaths

“In this country, there are far more heat-related deaths than, for example, deaths in road traffic.” This was written by the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) in a report in JulyIn the above-average warm year of 2022 with its above-average warm summer, 474 people died due to the high temperatures and only 241 people died in road traffic accidents.
