According to the nutritionist, the best start to the day would be rye bread with a piece of boiled meat, cottage cheese or oatmeal boiled in water. At the same time, Lysenkov does not recommend salting or adding sugar (to porridge) – the natural taste of the products will be enough, in his opinion, to enjoy the meal.
