KUWAIT CITY: Sarathi Kuwait organized the second part of Health Safety – A Reminder program yesterday at Abbasia Art Circle Auditorium to share knowledge and discuss regarding the great disease that is affecting the modern society called cancer. The seminar was presented by Dr. Yasser Peringat Thodiil, Department of Pulmonology, Kuwait Cancer Control Center. In the program attended by more than 250 people, Dr. Yasser highlighted the latest cancer treatments, knowledge, the need for early detection of the disease and the need for cancer screening in human life. Many people participated in the discussions during the question and answer session.

(Advanced Cardiac Life Save) Trainer Mr. Vijesh Velayudhan conducted an awareness class with great importance. Various types of emergency situations that occur in human life were explained and emergency treatment methods that common people can perform in such situations were also introduced and the members were trained.
The meeting chaired by Unit Convener Shri Saneesh Sivan was inaugurated by Sarathi Vice President Shri Biju Gangadharan. The program organized by Riggai Unit Vanitavedi was chaired by Hima Shibu and coordinated by Vanitavedi office bearers. Sarathi Trust Membership was distributed by Secretary Murukadas and the profile of Sarathi Kuwait was released by Suresh Babu, General Convener of Sarathym. Sarathi Secretary Rinu Gopi, Joe Treasurer Arun Sathyan, Trust Vice Chairman Vinod Cheeparail, Women’s Vedi Chairperson Preeti Prashanth, etc. and office bearers from various Sarathi units also participated. Sheena Sunil, Prashanthi and Beena spoke with greetings.
