1- Get used to getting up and going to bed at the same time every day.
2- Eat healthy meals at regular times of the day.
3- Allocate time to do the things the person loves.
4- Allocate time for work and time for rest.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health and Population confirmed that psychological support from family and friends helps in improving the health and psychological condition and overcoming problems.
The Ministry of Health and Population, represented by the Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, sent an urgent message to citizens, especially those who are exposed to life pressures that affect their psychological state, by communicating via the hotline 16328 to obtain the required psychological support.
The Ministry of Health and Population said that the call is free and the service is available 24 hours a day for all citizens, and it is provided by a specialized medical team in complete confidentiality.
The Ministry of Health and Population indicated that all governorates of the Republic have mental health services through the Secretariat’s hospitals, pointing out that the latest treatment protocols are followed.
