Health .. Drinking from a plastic bottle many times threatens our health

Nutritionists recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water every day to maintain good health. This is because water helps keep the body highly hydrated, which is essential because most cells in the body need water to function properly.

Water is essential for all bodily functions, but experts advise against drinking water from a plastic container. Because plastic is a harmful substance to our lives, it contains compounds that harm our bodies.

And the Masrawy website quoted Dr. Dalia El-Gamal, a clinical nutritionist, as saying that plastic contained PPA, but it was banned in most countries, and its danger is due to the fact that it enters food and drink, through a leak of plastic materials in the bottle into food or water.

The long-term danger of this substance is to affect fertility, children’s behavior, hyperactivity in children, the possibility of diabetes, heart disease, hormones, and cancers.

Although this substance has been removed from plastic, some recent studies confirm that there are other substances that seep into food from plastic utensils and drinking bottles, so it is better to limit the use of plastic because it harms our health.

The therapeutic nutritionist warned of the dangers of mothers using lunchboxes or water bottles made of plastic, because microplastics are leaked from plastic, and this substance is not visible to the naked eye, and therefore enters our bodies and blood circulation, and exposure to large quantities of plastic causes Plastic poisoning.

Dalia Al-Jamal advised that the water bottle should be avoided more than once, since it is only suitable for use once, so that it is not exposed to the chemicals in plastic and the formation of bacteria over time.
