Health clarifies the measures to tackle the monkeypox virus.. Infographic

The Ministry of Health and Population revealed the measures taken by the Ministry of Health to address the virus monkeypox After its spread in a number of countries around the world.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, these measures included:

1- Raising the level of surveillance and suspicion of quarantine outlets.

2- Issuing a guide for doctors to identify the disease, its symptoms and methods of treatment.

3- Providing reagents for laboratory tests for treatment.

4- Allocating fever hospitals for treatment if cases appear or are suspected.

The Ministry of Health and Population confirmed that no cases have been detected in Egypt until today, and that the possibility of the disease spreading in the Middle East countries is not high.
