As part of its Quality of Life at Work agreement, signed last April, on July 12, Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC formalized the signing of its partnership with Prev&Care, the first prevention and assistance service dedicated to caregivers. .
In France, 20% of employees are carers*, caring for a relative weakened by age, illness or disability. This situation, which leads to a significant mental load and a high level of stress, can have a negative impact on their professional life.
With the Prev&Care system, Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC offers a turnkey support service to help caring employees. From the assessment of the situation, to the active search for service providers, to the implementation of the mission, everything has been thought out to concretely support the employees who are helping them. They will thus be able to benefit from personalized support with a dedicated Care Manager.
