Several alerts have just been issued by the government site Rappel Conso. They concern brands of raspberry and strawberry wafers recalled due to the potential presence of plastic.
Thursday 20 and Friday 21, the government site Drink reminder issued health alerts once morest several brands of raspberry and strawberry wafers. Indeed, these biscuits, sold in various supermarkets, may contain pieces of plastic.
Although this list is not exhaustive, it is regularly updated on the government website. Among the products that appear there, we find in particular the box of 160 g of raspberry wafers of the brand Sondey. These cookies are sold at Lidl between March 31 and April 19 and the barcode is: 20410940.
Then, the alert refers in particular to raspberry wafers and others to strawberries of the brand P’tit South, offered for sale in E.Leclerc stores between April 7 and 20. The batches concerned are B23095 (3564700554517) and B23090 (3564700871751).
Finally, the recall concerns two batches of strawberry wafers from the brand Extra, sold between April 13 and 19 in Carrefour stores. These are lots B23090 (3560071076849) and B23089 (3560071076849), whose date of minimum durability is set at October 31, 2023.
“Due to the risk of injury and adverse effects following ingestion of this product, as a precaution it is recommended that people who hold products belonging to the batch (s) described above not to consume them,” wrote Rappel Conso.
The government site reminds that it is possible to bring these products back to the store for a refund.
