The Ministry of Health and Population announced the final report on the Qalyub train accident, which occurred on Tuesday evening, as the accident resulted in the death of 4 citizens and the injury of 23 others.
The ministry stated that 18 injured people were transferred to Qalyub Specialist Hospital, and 3 injured to the Central Al-Qanater Al-Khairiya Hospital, while two cases were transferred to Nasser Institute Hospital in Cairo, noting that 11 injured were discharged following receiving medical service, and their health condition stabilized, and the rest of the injured received the necessary medical care. .
The Ministry had announced the dispatch of 20 ambulances, immediately following the accident was reported, as the injured were transferred to hospitals located in the vicinity of the accident, and 3 injured were treated at the accident site without the need to enter hospitals.
