Authorizing His Excellency the President of the University of Jeddah – or his representative – to negotiate with the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the University of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America in the field of supply chain management, and to sign it And then upload the final signed copy, to complete the statutory procedures.

– Ibrahim bin Rashid bin Ibrahim Al Humaidhi is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser at the fifteenth rank at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

– Tariq bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Muqrin is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser at the fifteenth rank in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

– Musaed bin Saleh bin Nasser Al-Khanini to the position of (Business Adviser), rank 14, at the Ministry of Interior.

– Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Suwaih is promoted to the position of (Business Adviser), rank 14, at the Ministry of Interior.

– Anwar bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Qalam is promoted to the position of (Agricultural Consultant) at the 14th rank in the Riyadh Municipality.

Appointment of Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Shamrani to the position of (Minister Plenipotentiary) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
