Approval of a memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.

Authorizing His Excellency the President of the University of Jeddah – or his representative – to negotiate with the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the University of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Marshall Center at the University of Southern California in the United States of America in the field of supply chain management, and to sign it And then upload the final signed copy, to complete the statutory procedures.
Sixthly:
Approving that the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu have the power to set the competition and procurement regulations for the Jazan City for Basic and Transformational Industries in accordance with the relevant provisions contained in Royal Decree No. (M/75) dated 9/16/1395 AH before amending it.
Seventh:
Approving the final accounts of the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority, the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence, and King Khalid University for previous financial years.
Eighth:
Approval of promotions to the (15th) and (fourteenth) ranks, and an appointment to the post of (Minister Plenipotentiary), as follows:
– Eng. Abdullah bin Khamis bin Muhammad Al-Zaydi is promoted to the position of (Secretary Undersecretary) at the fifteenth rank in the Holy Capital Municipality.
– Eng. Fouad bin Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Mulhim is promoted to the position of (Secretary Undersecretary) at the fifteenth rank in the Eastern Province Municipality.
– Ibrahim bin Rashid bin Ibrahim Al Humaidhi is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser at the fifteenth rank at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
– Tariq bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Muqrin is promoted to the position of Senior Business Adviser at the fifteenth rank in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
– Musaed bin Saleh bin Nasser Al-Khanini to the position of (Business Adviser), rank 14, at the Ministry of Interior.
– Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al-Suwaih is promoted to the position of (Business Adviser), rank 14, at the Ministry of Interior.
– Anwar bin Abdullah bin Ibrahim Qalam is promoted to the position of (Agricultural Consultant) at the 14th rank in the Riyadh Municipality.
Appointment of Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Shamrani to the position of (Minister Plenipotentiary) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
