“It is difficult to confirm”

“We were there for 14 years, but, as happened to many couples in a pandemic, he was super brave and one day he told me: ‘I notice you distant, what’s going on?’ and nothing, we gave ourselves some time, ‘let’s think regarding it for a month, let the elections pass and we’ll talk’”, López explained.

Along the same lines, he added that “in that month, nothing confirmed that the relationship was over.”

“When one is asked for a time, to go back in the couple… one knows that one is already out (out),” Bibbó commented on his side.

Likewise, López assured that “it is difficult to confirm it, and one only wants to hold on to what one knows and to stability, but for me it was super important to ask myself that question at one point. I said, ‘If six months from now I’m single, or two years from now I’m single, am I going to regret splitting up? Nope'”

“Not all couples have to last a lifetime (…) but I want to say that life gives you second chances, it had a covered letter for me and now I am very happy, accompanied once more,” the journalist concluded.
