Benji Gregory, star of the television show Alf, has died aged 46. The actor was found in a car park in Arizona, USA, alongside his assisting dog, who also died inside the vehicle.

As a child, the actor participated in the television series created by Tom Patchett and Paul Fusco, which tells the adventures of a famous alien and was broadcast from 1986 to 1990.

According to what was shared by the family, the first reports indicate that the famous man died as a result of heat stroke that affected him following falling asleep in his vehicle, but for the moment there is no official cause of death, according to what was published by the TMZ portal.

According to what was shared by the entertainment media on Wednesday, July 10, the date of the actor’s death was June 13, however, the reason for the announcement was unknown until almost a month later.

Regarding Gregory’s illnesses, he had problems related to his mood, such as depression, bipolar disorder and sleep disorders, causing him problems sleeping, his sister shared with the same portal cited above,

Who was Benji Gregory?

Benji Gregory experienced a boom in his artistic career when he joined the cast of the TV show Alf, however, according to IMDb, he retired from acting in the late 90s.

TMZ shared information regarding his life, and they claim that in 2003 he enlisted in the United States Navy, studied arts, and in 2005 received an honorable discharge from the army due to an unspecified illness.

According to ELLE magazine, the actor married Sarah Gregory in 2006, but little is known regarding his private life, and it is not known whether he had a chronic illness, but he shared a couple of images on his social media with intravenous medication.
