Five years after its release, players of Red Dead Redemption 2 continue to encounter unlikely situations. This is the case of this Internet user who would have done better to check who he was attacking before hunting.
An unexpected… and deadly encounter!
As usual with Rockstar productions, Red Dead Redemption II is a game full of details. Inevitably, by combining all these elements, we often encounter situations that are as improbable as they are funny. And justly, this is exactly what happened to Patman Games, a user who presents himself on Twitter as a virtual video game photographer. Recently, the latter posted on the social network an extract from one of his games which dates from four years ago. And the least we can say is that the clip is worth seeing.
In this short video of about ten seconds, we see Arthur Morgan chasing a bird at the top of a cliff… using a gun. After killing his target, the character runs on his victim to skin it. However, as he approaches the edge to collect his loot, we hear the cries of a feline. It is then that a cougar jumps at the cowboy’s throat, knocks him to the ground… which makes him fall into the cliff, and therefore, kills him instantly.. Like an instant hit of karma that turns into a memorable memory for the player.
Simulation at the heart of Rockstar games?
Five years after its release, players continue to experience unique moments in Red Dead Redemption 2. Recently, we told you about a mod that allows you to work to have a more peaceful life, pushing certain aspects of the open -world of Rockstar which sometimes borders on simulation. Thanks to this, the player can become a farm worker or even a driver or even a postman to live a normal life and not of crimes as often in Rockstar productions. From now on, the big question is whether these realistic aspects introduced in RDR2 will be retained in the next Grand Theft Auto whose development seems to have been in the works for many years.
