A user on social networks publicly denounced a man who had used his personal Instagram account to record the moment he mistreated his dog. The video was repudiated by the neighbors who did not hesitate to denounce it. This Friday the justice intervened in the case and carried out a search.
After the video where a man chokes his dog to the point of making him scream for the mistreatment he receives, the residents of Neuquén went to the AMVOZ application to denounce it.
