A man The 34-year-old was the victim of an assault this morning when two individuals intercepted him in the northern area of Roca at the exact moment the motorcycle The one in which it was circulating presented a mechanical fault. In addition to threatening and beating him, the subjects took the vehicle and a backpack that it contained food and even his Bible. Finally the shot was found a few blocks away.
The dramatic event occurred around 1 in the morning -at Calle Defensa and 445- when the victim suffered a mechanical problem with his motorcycle. When he got off the vehicle, two subjects approached him and following threatening him with a fist, they began to hit him with their butts and kicks when he was already defenseless, lying on the floor.
That was how they were madeor only from the 150 cc motorcycle but also from the worker’s backpack that contained some food and a “blue colored Bible”.«.
Immediately the subjects escaped from the place with the motorcycle although a few blocks away they were intercepted by police officers. After a chase they failed to stop the perpetrators of the robbery but fortunately they forced them to leave the vehicle.
The victim then appeared at the headquarters of the 21st Police Station to make the complaint.
