He steals the baby from a Venezuelan in Cúcuta and sells it in Bucaramanga

A woman stole the one-month-old baby from her mother of Venezuelan nationality, in an event that occurred days ago in Cúcuta. The female, apparently, sold the infant in Bucaramanga; In this Colombian city, the police detained her in the Altos de Betania neighborhood.

Blu Radio reviews that alias “Tatiana” perpetrated the kidnapping of the little boy in the Callejón neighborhood, Cúcuta, on August 29.

The mother, realizing the absence of the newborn, began to despair and search for him through the streets and avenues of Cucuta and later reported the disappearance to the police.

The officials began the investigations and tracked down alias “Tatiana”, who tried to evade police operations by moving between Bucaramanga and the Aguachica, San Alberto and San Martín municipalities, in the south of the Cesar department.

Apparently, the alleged perpetrator of the baby’s theft, a 38-year-old Colombian woman, had already sold it and was looking for a way to get it out of Colombia, according to police reports known by Blu Radio.

However, the security forces saw “Tatiana” in Altos de Betania and captured her.

As for the child, he was abandoned in a cardboard box left by the alleged kidnapper in the Colorados neighborhood, on the road that goes from Bucaramanga to the Atlantic Coast.

A taxi driver heard the minor crying and notified the authorities. Officers of the Police for Children and Adolescents rescued the baby alive, took him to the Local Hospital of the North, in Bucaramanga, and later the mother was able to hold him once more in her arms.
