The unusual scene took place last Friday, July 22, in downtown Strasbourg. A 26-year-old man, of no fixed abode, committed various thefts in three establishments, each time posing as an employee of the premises.
The man thus stole a camera in a trade as well as 50 euros in the case of another, relate BFM TV. Then he came out of a restaurant with a live lobster that he had “caught” in his aquarium.
The young gourmet, already known to the police, was unmasked and arrested. “He was ‘caught'”, laughs the police.
