The accused, “Hassan A.A.,” a tuk-tuk driver, married “Wahez” in 2012, and during the first years of the marriage, he began to have doubts regarding her behavior, as a result of what he learned through neighbors, of his wife’s multiple relationships with other men. .
The situation prompted him to change his place of residence, to get away from the bad reputation that revolted around his wife, at a time when his eldest son “M. H” told his father that she was forcing him and his younger brother “A. H” to sleep, and turn off all the lights, to perform strange behaviors. on her habit.
The husband’s suspicions increased following he noticed some changes in his wife during the intimate relationship between them, and his suspicions revolved around the multiplicity of her sexual relations with other people, until it came to his suspicion that his wife did abnormal actions towards his child, who has not yet reached adolescence.
Those suspicions that take root in the husband daily, prompted him to search for evidence of condemnation of his wife from the first years of marriage, but he was unable to reach a thread that would turn these doubts into certainty; What increased the crisis of the accused with his wife.
During the last meeting, and during his intercourse with her, he heard the victim’s wife utter some “obscene” phrases that he was not used to hearing from her; To confirm his suspicions of her betraying him, and as soon as he finished, he went to the kitchen, brought a knife and stabbed her several times, while she was beginning to fall asleep while she was “naked”, leaving her only a lifeless body soaked in her blood.
The husband did not wait long until he surrendered himself to the Alexandria Security Directorate, and confessed to killing his wife, “Wahez,” so that the necessary report on the incident was drawn up, and he registered the case under No. 10085 of 2020, the administrator of the Thani Raml Police Department.
By discussing the accused, he admitted that he had recently noticed a change in his wife’s behavior, which raised suspicions within him, and his belief that she had multiple relationships with some people. In his confessions, the accused admitted in detail that he had intercourse with his wife at night, before he killed her.
The husband – he explained during his discussion – that he was surprised by the awakening of his eldest son, and tried to kill him as well and strangled him with the intention of taking his soul, but he retracted his killing in the last moments, and left him in a state of severe fatigue, then went to his mother, and told her that he had killed his wife, and took her With him to his apartment, where her daughter-in-law saw a dead body covered in blood completely naked, so she put some clothes on it, and she washed the knife used in committing the crime, and took her grandson unconscious to the hospital, before accompanying her “accused” son to the Security Directorate, and in his possession crime weapon.
The Public Prosecution began investigations by moving to the scene of the incident, and it was found that the victim’s body was lying on its back on top of the bed inside the room.
While the Public Prosecution decided to hand over the child “Mustafa” temporarily, to his father’s sister, “Shaima”, taking the necessary commitment to her to take good care of him, for good further notice, assigning the child’s helpline, following communicating with him, to take all that is legally necessary towards the child following examining the child. His condition, preparing a detailed report for presentation to the prosecution, and assigning a forensic photographer to the Alexandria Security Directorate to conduct a photographic examination at the scene of the incident.
